According to a recent permit filing, John’s Food and Wine will open under Better Boys LLC at 2114 N Halsted St, confirmed by co-owner Adam McFarland.

“Our goal is to be able to open John’s in mid-September to early October,” McFarland told What Now Chicago, “It will be a co-chef and co-owner space between Thomas Rogers and I. We will be very active within the kitchen as well as on the floor.”

Adam expressed that John’s Food and Wine will be offering seasonal American fare. They are currently working on their social media presence as well.
