According to a recent permit filing, Kelli’s Chicago has filed for a location at 200-210 E 35th Street in the Douglas area.

A representative of Kelli’s Chicago was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Chicago’s request.

While an official opening date and what Kelli’s plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to the liquor license application, Kelli’s Chicago will be on the second floor.

The president on the licensing application is listed as Kelli Dace, with the legal name listed as Ecad Global INC.

For the property itself, according to Loop Net, the building was originally built in 1995 and is listed as a fully-leased retail property. The building size is listed at 11,000 square feet.

Loop Net’s property listing describes the building as a “Bronzeville/Gap Area large brick 2-story corner lot over 11,000 sqft w/partial basement and iron gate, 3-store fronts occupied, a large club/lounge that can sit up to 200 & extra smaller lounge adjacent with additional seating, parking lot.”

According to Google, Good Times Sports Bar previously occupied 200 E 35th Street before its closure. A liquor license from the city of Chicago dates Good Times Sports Bar back to 2014.
