Customers can find the new restaurant at 3930 N Cicero Ave. when it opens, according to a liquor license application that is pending for Fast Grill. Jelisije Josifovic, the owner of 75 Inc., the company that applied for the liquor license, told What Now Chicago that the restaurant is in its early planning and construction phase with the setup yet to be determined.
“The restaurant will be mostly a Mexican place serving tacos and tortillas, among other food. We’re gonna have more Spanish food and different brands [then] we’re going to branch out and see,” he said.
A final opening date hasn’t been set yet, but Josifovic is hoping the restaurant would be ready to welcome customers by the end of the summer.
He believes that Fast Grill’s location is a good opportunity for the restaurant to thrive among the several other Spanish restaurants in the area.
“So we just started [and] it’s about this opportunity. If it succeeds, it succeeds. If it doesn’t, it doesn’t, either way, we take the chance, we take a risk and an opportunity for ourselves,” he said.
