The new location at 360 N. Green St. is still in the concept phase, but it will be completely different than the first location, according to Phil Siudak, one of Adalina’s partners who helped open the fine dining restaurant.
“The new location will have a new concept than the original one. We’re keeping it very close to the chest right now until we flesh out a concept 100%,” Siudak told What Now Chicago. Siudak added that the Adalina group doesn’t have any details about a potential opening date just yet.
Adalina is now closing in on a leasing deal to join other high-end eateries that will also be located inside the 500,000-square-foot building that is being developed by the real estate firm Sterling Bay. The 24-story building should be completed early next year, according to Crain’s Chicago Business.
The restaurant is known for its modern and engaging Italian menu, which is led by Michelin-starred chef Soo Ahn, according to Adalina’s website. The menu features a mix of Northern and Southern cuisine and offers guests house-made pasta, imported meats, and cheeses, and beef and seafood options.
