Effin Egg, the Florida based fast casual breakfast sandwich concept is opening its first Illinois location this week. Known for its breakfast sandwiches served on a warm brioche bun, Effin Egg has put its own touch on classic breakfast favorites.
Local resident, Parth Patel will be the owner of the Lansing Location, located at 17030 Torrence Ave. Mr. Patel’s plan is to work at the location full time with other family members and he is looking forward to embracing the Lansing community.

Jeff Martin founded Effin Egg in 2019 in Inlet Beach, FL. Not only does Effin Egg offer breakfast sandwiches, tacos, and burritos, but apparel sales are through the roof with their “Potheads Welcome” T-Shirts, Coffee Mugs, and Hats. “Our guests enjoy the playfulness of Effin Egg and it’s fun branding,” Martin says.
