Blazed Bakery opened in Northbrook, in February of 2023, as a cannabis edible and lifestyle brand with a mission to provide the best quality and experience through local community engagement and investment.

Business partners Abid Ashiqali and Eric Harper recently expanded the brand, opening a second location in Logan Square.

Both Blazed Bakery locations serves infused cookies, cupcakes, cake slices, Rice Krispie treats and other sweet items made fresh every morning at the Northbrook location. Weed-free bakery items are also for sale. The cafes also sell hot and cold caffeinated drinks and lemonades, all of which can also be served normally or infused with delta-9 THC. Blazed Bakery also sells its own brand of pre-rolls and weed gummies.

Northbrook and Logan Square both will feature specialty infused creations for holidays, such as infused tacos and guacamole, Mango Chamoy Lemonade, and Maza Pan Latte for Cinco de Mayo.

Logan Square will be celebrating with a Grand Opening and ribbon cutting ceremony on Saturday, June 1st at 12:00pm.

Blazed Bakery’s Logan Square location is at 2415 N. Milwaukee Avenue, Chicago IL 60647, and is open Sunday through Wednesday from 11:00am – 8:00pm, and Thursday through Saturday from 11:00am – 12:00am.
