Next level gaming company Velocity Esports (Velocity) announces that they will open its first Illinois location on Saturday, March 23rd. The newest entertainment experience, arcade, and esports lounge will be located in Schaumburg’s Woodfield Mall (5 Woodfield Mall, E108, Schaumburg, IL 60173), located 30 minutes northwest of Chicago. To celebrate the opening, Velocity is giving the first customer through the door on Saturday, March 23rd a $500 game card and the following 100 customers will receive 1-hour game cards.
With the motto of “Next Level Gaming, Next Level Fun” and a mission to deliver “Great Games, Great Food, Great Community, Great Memories,” Velocity features a vast selection of arcade games and prizes, a premier esports lounge with more than 100 titles for PC and console gaming, and a billiards lounge complete with comfortable seating – all in a dynamic, inclusive atmosphere for social gaming. Guests can also try their skill at Velocity’s redemption games and use tickets to select from hundreds of fun prizes in the Velocity prize shop.

Before opening this third location in Schaumburg, Velocity opened their first location in the Cincinnati / Newport, Kentucky market, emerging a new concept in that area, and their second in Las Vegas, transforming a 36,870 square feet space at Town Square Las Vegas into a gamer’s paradise.
