Art Wnorowski and Gosia Pieniazek, co-owners of Pierogi Kitchen (1856 W. North Ave.), are bringing their Polish roots to the heart of Chicago. The duo is enchanting the Windy City with a menu steeped in tradition yet infused with contemporary twists. With a firm commitment to authenticity, Pierogi Kitchen is not merely a restaurant; it’s a cultural journey.

The cornerstone of Pierogi Kitchen’s culinary offering is its homemade pierogi dough, a closely-guarded family recipe passed down through generations. Wnorowski and Pieniazek are thrilled to invite Chicagoans to experience the most mouthwatering pierogi adventure, marrying time-honored techniques with innovative flavors.
