A representative of 3 Little Pigs was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Chicago’s request.

According to the article, 3 Little Pigs will have its Bridgeport location opening in mid-April or early May. The two “key players” are listed to be Henry Cai and Maria’s Community Bar.

“Henry Cai, the South Side native, continues to spread his culture with unique fast-casual offerings of Chinese-American and Cantonese cuisine. His signature dish is fried rice with three different types of pork, or “three little pigs.”

“After launching as a takeout-only spot he opened inside Molly’s Cupcakes in South Loop. He’s expanding once more in Bridgeport, where he’ll take over the space formerly occupied by Pleasant House Bakery, Pizza Fried Chicken Ice Cream, and Herbivore.”

According to the company website, “Since its founding in 2020, 3LP has strived to provide impeccable service and a unique, Asian culinary journey for each of our clients. Head Chef and Owner Henry Cai cultivated this unique tasting experience through recipes passed down from generations.”

“3LP offers a truly untraditionally authentic experience that keeps clients coming back for more. Our talented team works around the clock to offer a mix of fresh flavors and a delectable atmosphere. Next, taste the magic.”
