“We are planning to open sometime in January or February. We take pride in offering an array of distinctive products that set us apart from the crowd.”

“When it comes to sandwiches, we take a personalized approach with each sandwich fresh and crafted to order, right before your eyes. The coffee shop within this location will complement the experience with a variety of breakfast sandwiches,” co-owner Nick Georgelos told What Now Chicago.

“Wine enthusiasts can also revel in a diverse selection, where we feature wines ranging from $15 to $300. The exclusivity extends to barrel-pick bourbon, a specialty of the house. To curate this unique bourbon selection, the team either ventures to Kentucky or hosts distillers at the shop, choosing specific bourbons to share.”

“We also conduct numerous wine tastings and educational wine classes, allowing patrons to expand their knowledge and appreciation of fine wines. We aim to keep the ambiance upscale,” Nick added.

According to North Buena’s company website, they describe themselves as offering delicious sandwiches, wines, spirits, and craft beer. They state that their key to success is simple: providing food with consistent quality and great taste every single time. North Buena proudly serves its sandwiches using premium deli meats (Boar’s Head).
