A representative of Lady Dahlia Tequila Bar did not immediately respond to What Now Chicago’s request for comment.

While information at this time is somewhat limited, Daily Herald’s article states that the bar will open sometime in the fall later this year, with the company website featuring a “coming soon” announcement.

Lady Dahlia will be coming from Dimitri Lykouretzos, who is also the owner of Honey Biscuit inside Clocktower Place. Honey Biscuit is described as hosting “hearty breakfast & lunch classics from waffles to sandwich wraps served in comfy, upbeat surrounds,” according to Google. Some of their menu options include basic breakfasts, morning bowls, skillets, and more.

Dimitri told Daily Herald that Lady Dahlia’s menu options will include brussel sprout nachos and cheese crisps, while the drink selections will feature tequilas, mezcals, agave-based spirits, and local craft and Mexican beers.
