The company’s newest location will move into the former home of Epic Burger in Summer 2023, according to the company’s website. This will be the first location for the windy city, with the majority of sites in Florida. Bodega Taqueria y Tequila’s website also notes a new location coming to West Loop, but no additional details are included. The company, founded in 2014 by Menin Hospitality’s Keith Menin and Jared Galbut, will continue to expand by opening new sites in Nashville, Coral Gables, Wynwood, and Miami.

The Mexican-inspired concept currently has a total of six locations, including two ‘taqueria-only’ concepts in Aventura and Miami’s iconic FTX Arena. Four full-service ‘taqueria y tequila’ concepts can be found in South Beach, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Coconut Grove. These locations will feature an array of Mexican street food and a unique nightlife experience serving award-winning tequila and cocktails.

When the new River North location opens, customers can expect a variety of services available from the restaurant, including catering, private events, merchandise, and other hot deals and happenings. At the other locations, the company will host discounts on food and live must on Wednesdays, big game watch parties, black-out bingo on Tuesdays, and extended happy hours. Each location features different events and specials.
