If the City Council approves, the new restaurant will join several other potential concessions coming to Terminals 3 and 5. Other eateries in this recent ordinance, introduced by Mayor Lori Lightfoot, include Bar Siena, Butcher & the Burger, and Sparrow Coffee. The Hampton Social, owned and operated by Parker Restaurant Group, currently has five locations throughout Chicagoland, two in Florida: one in Orlando, another in Naples, and one in Nashville. If approved, the new location is expected to open towards the end of 2022.

Parker Restaurant Group, which also operates Beach House Social and a cocktail lounge called Bassment, takes pride in expanding this concept that focuses on women who often use social media. The female-focused restaurant is known for its light and airy decor and photo-friendly entrees. Their “Rosé All Day” lifestyle encourages guests to dive into the restaurant’s coastal-inspired cuisine and hand-crafted cocktails, all creating a perfect social atmosphere.

If and when the new restaurant opens within the airport, guests can expect a variety of delicious seafood and American options. It’s unknown if the company will offer a more limited selection from the complete menu found at their other eight locations, all within wealthy neighborhoods. Some of the restaurant’s favorites from the menu include lobster rolls, shrimp tacos, and a gatsby breakfast with two eggs, french toast, bacon, and hash browns.
