While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, Agit Black has another location in Niles and is described as a Korean karaoke bar.

According to the article that was previously mentioned in the Daily Herald, city officials have shown support for the project by relaxing parking regulations. Instead of the originally required 56 parking spots, Agit Black will have 46. The decision reflects the expectation that patrons are likely to carpool to the karaoke bar. Considering the limited practical reuses for the existing one-story, 5,580-square-foot building, this relief was deemed necessary.

The heart of Agit Black is stated to lie in its six karaoke rooms, ranging in size from 86 square feet to 342 square feet. Three smaller rooms will accommodate six people each, while larger rooms will have capacities of 10, 17, and 23. The exterior of the building will remain unchanged.

Agit Black is said to have plans to offer an extensive menu similar to its Niles location, featuring Korean-style fried chicken, beef, and pork dishes, soups, rice cakes, noodles, and pancakes. Their Instagram biography section states they’re a Korean barstaurant within their original location.
