Spark self-describes as an Italian-Mediterranean fusion restaurant of uncompromising quality. The chef has over 20 years of experience, according to Spark’s website, and has worked in some of the finest restaurants in the world. You can expect seasonal dishes crafted with fresh ingredients sourced from local farmers markets.

The eatery will be located in Imperial Towers Condominiums, the luxury housing complex that also features Best Choice Cleaners, Basecamp Coworking Business Center, and GoGrocer. Imperial Towers is located just across from Lincoln Park and boasts sprawling views of Lake Michigan.

Stevan Savic, who is listed as the owner of Spark on the liquor license application, did not respond for comment at the time of publication, so you’ll want to check in with Spark’s social media for updates on its opening timeline.
