While the details of the new restaurant concept have yet to be released, the new restaurant will open sometime next spring, according to Block Club’s article.

In 1980, a culinary journey began with the inception of Stefani’s, the flagship restaurant of Phil Stefani Signature Restaurants. Phil Stefani and his Uncle Lino joined forces to create an establishment that would become a haven for authentic Italian cuisine in the heart of Lincoln Park. Little did they know that this endeavor would spark the foundation for a storied restaurant group driven by hard work, integrity, and a passion for serving delectable Italian fare.

At the heart of Stefani’s and its subsequent venues lie the unwavering commitment to craftsmanship and a dedication to preserving the essence of traditional Italian recipes. These guiding principles have been the cornerstones for each new venture added to the ever-growing roster of Phil Stefani Signature Restaurants.

Passing the culinary torch from one generation to the next, the Stefani family continued to blaze new trails in the culinary landscape. The spirit of innovation and creativity led to the launch of remarkable concepts such as MAD Social and Bar Cargo, masterpieces brought to life by the vision of Phil and Karen Stefani’s children, Gina and Anthony.

As the Stefani family’s legacy continues to flourish, their newest venture beckons from the charming suburb of Lincolnwood, where Phil and Karen have resided since 1985. Stefani Prime Italian then became the 10th gem in the crown of their restaurant portfolio. This upscale haven bridges the divide between the city and the suburbs, offering patrons a remarkable dining experience that exemplifies the Stefani ethos, according to the company website.

Phil Stefani Signature Restaurant’s portfolio currently boasts Stefani Prime, Bar Cargo, Broken English Taco Pub in three different locations, Tuscany Taylor, and more.
