Pulaski Park will soon welcome a new eatery called 1308 Chicago, after, we assume, its street address. A liquor license application for the restaurant indicates it is opening at 1308 Elston Avenue, and the members listed on the application are Brian Keys, Danielle Mullen, Jawane Ervin, and Kimberly Moore.

1308 Chicago is just ramping up its online presence, so there aren’t too many details out there yet, but the website for the concept describes it as “a vegetable-forward fresh twist on southern exploration.”

Social media posts on the eatery’s Instagram account indicate you can expect a craft cocktail menu to accompany “elevated quick bites,” and you can catch a glimpse of possible menu items by perusing the page’s highlights.

In the last few weeks, the team has been sharing construction updates from the space, which will be situated across from the future music venue opening in the to-be-transformed Morton Salt Building.

We’re awaiting further details from the team and will update this story as more information becomes available.
