While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, Konbini describes itself as seamlessly blending its cherished memories of beverages enjoyed around the world with the welcoming spirit of a Japanese Konbini.

Their mission is described as simplistic: to offer an inviting space where their customers can explore a carefully curated selection of craft beers, wines, sakes, and non-alcoholic beverages. Just as a visit to a Japanese Konbini is said to be an experience in itself, they’ve strived to create an environment where every customer can embark on a delightful journey of discovery.

To ensure that your experience at Konbini & Kanpai is both enjoyable and effortless, they’ve organized their offerings by flavor profiles. This approach allows customers’ taste buds to guide you through their selection, ensuring you find the perfect libation to suit your preferences. If you ever need assistance, their knowledgeable staff is always ready to provide expert recommendations and share their passion for their diverse range of beverages.

Konbini & Kanpai state to have incorporated the hiragana character for “and” (と) into their ampersand (&), symbolizing the harmonious partnership of diverse elements that come together to create a unique and inviting space. Each element, like the characters themselves, retains its individuality but seamlessly combines to form something greater—a place where convenience store charm meets the celebration of life’s moments, big and small, according to the company website.
