Investors of the former Park Grill have sold their shares to Eleven North Hospitality, a group headed by John Wrenn, who also operates Theater on the Lake, reports Chicago Sun Times. The Millennium Park restaurant will reopen under a new name in the near future, as renovations are already underway. The name has not yet been announced.

In addition to the reimagined eatery in place of Park Grill, Millennium Park, which opened in 2004, will offer visitors a coffee bar and tearoom operated by Momentum Coffee, two kiosks selling snack foods and goods, and a new café to open across from The Bean, which will serve Mexican cuisine.

“When visitors and Chicagoans alike come out to enjoy all that Millennium Park has to offer, they should expect that the restaurants, cafes and concession kiosks are as compelling and inspiring as all the other features of the park,” Wrenn said in a press release.

Nicholas Hynes, Luke Cholodecki, and Michael and Dennis Chookaszian are also listed as partners in the venture. An opening timeline has not been announced.
