According to a recent permit filing, Eaves Cocktail Cafe has filed for a West Loop Gate area location at 20 N Wacker Drive.

A representative of Eaves Cocktail Cafe was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Chicago’s request.

While an official opening date and what Eaves Cocktail Cafe plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit, Tyler Mendoza, Arthur Mendoza, and Adam Mizrachi are behind Eaves. Eaves will be on the first floor of the building.

Loop Net states that the address listed for Eaves Cocktail Cafe is a part of the Civic Opera Building. The building was originally built in 1928 and renovated in 2015. Each floor size is typically around 20,000 square feet.
