According to an article from Chicago Food Magazine, Ballyhoo Hospitality will soon debut Petit Pomeroy at 748 N State Street in River North.
“Ballyhoo Hospitality has announced the upcoming opening of Petit Pomeroy this fall in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. Building on its sister restaurant, Pomeroy, in Winnetka, Petit Pomeroy will bring a taste of Paris to downtown Chicago, offering a menu that offers French cuisine.”
“Located at 748 N State St, the forthcoming French restaurant will be upstairs from Gemini Grill. Petit Pomeroy will offer a menu featuring dishes from Pomeroy Winnetka. Expect French classics like Onion Soup Gratinée, Escargot, and a Warm Tomato Tarte.”
“Additional menu options include Frisée aux Lardons, Bouillabaisse, and Trout Amandine. Guests can also expect daily plats du jour specials featuring Coq Au Vin, Tournedos Rossini, and Boeuf Bourguignon.”
“The beverage program will offer pairings to the menu, featuring a selection of French wines, sparkling wines, and Champagne. Guests can also expect craft cocktails including renditions of French brasserie classics such as the French 75, Le Spritz, Le Pamplemousse, and more.”
