In addition to drip coffee, a variety of espresso drinks, and tea, the café will sport charcuterie boards featuring 100% locally sourced Wisconsin cheese, fresh cut veggies, seasoned nuts, local jams & hand-cut meats.  Baked goods include Zabhia, or freshly toasted halal savory bites like the gyro scone with creamy jalapeño sauce, the pepperoni flat bread, and Lukhmi, as well as croissants, bagels, cookies, and sweet bread.

And if you aren’t feeling the coffee or tea route, Complimentary Café will even offer mocktails–your choice between a non-alcoholic mint mojito or apple sour.

The café is slated to open in early February with hours from 6AM to 8PM. The establishment also plans to accommodate curbside pick-up.
