According to a recent tweet from B Talent, Joe Flamm, and the Day Off Group will soon debut Il Carciofo in Fulton Market at 1045 W Fulton Street.

A representative of Il Carciofo was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Chicago’s request.

While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, according to Il Carciofo’s website, the concept will be opening sometime in the fall of this year.

The website states that Il Carciofo will be “A Roman Italian concept by Chef Joe Flamm and the Day Off Group, drawing inspiration from the restaurants and markets in one of their favorite cities, Rome.”

Day Off Group’s website provides a bit more information about their team, stating, “Founded by Frank Callero, Kara Callero, Steven Zaleski and Chef Joe Flamm, Day Off Group is a Chicago-based restaurant group that develops concepts combining culinary excellence with impeccable service and distinctive designs to create one-of-a-kind experiences.”

“BLVD Steakhouse, the group’s flagship restaurant, opened in June 2017 in Chicago’s Fulton Market district to critical acclaim, earning Eater Chicago’s “Design of the Year” award, recognition as one of Chicago Magazine’s “Best New Restaurants,” and three stars in the Chicago Tribune’s “RedEye.”
