Zade’s Lounge is taking steps toward opening, as a recent Craigslist Advertisement posted by the eatery declares it is hiring for all front and back of house positions. According to the ad, Zade’s will bring a gastro pub and cocktail lounge to downtown Naperville when it opens, and you can expect to enjoy craft beer while taking in some live music as well.

“We know that life tends to get more buttoned up as it goes along, but often times its greatest joys come from undoing a button or two. So, pull up a seat, grab a drink, and order something delicious,” reads the ad. “Tonight is only as sophisticated as you make it.”

An article from Patch.com posted last month reports Zade’s is looking at a December opening, however no date has been announced. The eatery was approved for a building permit at the end of September. The permit was issued for electrical and plumbing work.

Zade’s will open at 22 E. Chicago Avenue in downtown Naperville; it’s taken over the space that recently housed Bar Louie in the River Square shopping center on the corner of E Chicago and S Washington. The team behind the project is the Des Plains-based restaurant group Scott Harris Hospitality, best known for Francesca’s Restaurants. The group is also behind brands like Joe’s Imports, disotto, and Fat Rosie’s.
