A liquor license application filed with the City of Chicago indicates Ty Fujimura of Fujimura Hospitality group will soon open the latest of his many concepts, Rockwell Bottle Shop & Coffee. The license application is for “packaged goods” only, indicating the concept, which will open at 4634 N Rockwell St, will carry drinks to-go rather than for in-house consumption.

Although What Now Chicago reached out to Fujimura for details on the shop’s opening timeline, we did not hear back at the time of publication. An opening date has not been announced.

Fujimura Hospitality is the group behind other Chicagoland hotspots like Arami, a notable sushi restaurant, and Entente, a 2018 Michelin-Star recipient. Other Fujimura Hospitality brands include Lucky Klucker, a delivery chicken wings concept; Small Bar, a pub serving craft beer in Logan Square; and Heineken Pub 97, a soccer bar with a wrap-around patio facing the Chicago River. From elevated to casual, Fujimura Hospitality has got the bases covered.

Located just around the corner from the Rockwell Metro, Rockwell Bottle Shop & Coffee will neighbor other businesses like Beans & Bagels, Pizza Art Café, and Rockwell’s Neighborhood Grill.
