A brand new Mediterranean restaurant called Pella Signature is getting ready to debut in Burr Ridge, Located at 720 Village Center Dr.

The new 13,000-square-foot restaurant will move into the Burr Ridge Village Center in the former home of LOFT and Banana Republic. Owner Maya Spasov tells What Now Chicago they hope to have the restaurant open in the first or second week of July 2023. Pella Signature has enlisted Rick Gresh as the culinary director and Maria Mac as the pastry chef. The new restaurant is one of two new eateries coming to the shopping center, coming in with Bar Poca Madre, a sister concept of Taco Bamba.

When this new restaurant opens this summer, it will be a welcoming environment matched with delicious food. Pella Signature will offer a handful of Mediterranean classics, as well as some pastry options. Customers can expect roasting whole pineapples over an open fire and desserts that are technically executed but also have fun, surprising, and modern twists. This will also be the largest restaurant in Burr Ridge.
