The company’s fifth location will move into the former home of Eggsperience, according to the Chicago Tribune. Owner Elsayed Elbanna expects to open the new restaurant in late March 2023. The restaurant can be currently found in Tinley Park, Chicago Heights, Cicero, and Melrose Park but has been known to its customers as “Stacks.” With the new lease being signed around the beginning of the year, Elbanna plans to update floors, walls, booths, and lighting for “the Mr. Stacks touch.”

“We spent some time around the area, around the neighborhood, and we felt like this is a really good area,” Elbanna tells the Chicago Tribune. “We just want to keep doing what we’ve been doing. We’ve been just having our guests come in and leaving as happy as possible.”

When the new breakfast and lunch spot opens next month, customers can expect morning classics such as spinach and bacon omelet with Swiss cheese and hollandaise. Ownership is confident that the burgers will be a hit amongst customers for lunch. Whether going to the new location, or one of the four open sites, Elbanna says you can expect “great food, great service [in] a very family-friendly environment, serving a very large variety of menu items.”
