The restaurant is set to open in Winter 2023 on the ground floor of the Eurostars Mag Mile Hotel, according to the company’s website. This will be the restaurant group’s second bistro concept, following Grant Park Bistro. The restaurant will feature a spacious bar, intimate dining room, and lovely outdoor dining area. For food, customers can expect approachable contemporary cuisine. The menu highlights dishes made with fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients.

For those looking for a tasty drink, River North Bistro’s beverage program will highlight locally brewed craft beers, a range of exciting and affordable American-made wines, and a selection of classic cocktails with a unique flair. On top of the new restaurant, LM Restaurant Group is also working on 26 event venues at the Eurostars Mag Mile Hotel and Land & Lake Rosemont and Sky on Nine event venue at the newly remodeled Staybridge Suites/Holiday Inn in Rosemont.

These new restaurants will join the group’s already impressive portfolio, which includes an eclectic assortment of hotel restaurants and catering & event venues, such as Land & Lake Kitchen, Land & Lake Andersonville, Land & Lake Ravenswood, Bistronomic, LM Catering & Events, City View Loft, Kitchen Chicago, Lacuna Events by LM, and LM Studio. Nicole and Stephan Outrequin Quaisser started the group in 2009 as a single concept, naming it after their two children, Luc and Mary. The husband-wife team is set to have a big 2023.
