Land & Lake Kitchen first opened on the ground floor of the LondonHouse Hotel at Michigan Avenue and Wacker Drive. An Andersonville outpost followed. The brand serves elevated takes on classic American and Midwestern dishes and boasts a Midwest-influenced bar program featuring local and regional craft beers. Locally distilled spirits comprise the eatery’s craft cocktails and wine is primarily sourced from the West Coast.

In an email with What Now Chicago, LM Restaurant Group’s Communications Director Lauren Hammond shared the menu for the new location has not yet been finalized, but the concept will remain the same as both Land & Lake Kitchen and Land & Lake Andersonville.

LM Restaurant Group is family-owned. The hospitality group was founded by Nicole Quaisser and Stephan Outrequin and is behind other Chicago establishments like Grant Park Bistro and Bistronomic.
