“We are aiming to implement the changes by the first of July. We had been hearing from people asking about seating, especially during warmer months to have that option, and we are also going to be putting more seating inside. We will offer more dine-in options and have the option for a glass of wine or beer,” co-owner and manager Bartlomiej Kolatek told What Now Chicago.
“We make from-scratch European and Polish street food, such as pierogis, potato pancakes, pork schnitzels, and other Polish-styled street food. Our food will pair well with a glass of beer or wine! We are excited to be able to offer a new and unique menu. All of our food is handmade in-house, not frozen, and no second or third party.”
Kolatek Baking Company’s website states, “Kolatek Baking Company is a Polish bakery with big dreams and delicious sweets; we’ve dedicated our efforts to making something big out of it. Our focus is to bring the quality and taste of desserts where everything is made from scratch.”
“We make cakes and cookies for any special occasion. Our Polish cakes stand out from the crowd because we create these cakes in one-of-a-kind flavors you won’t find anywhere else. Our cakes are handcrafted in small batches using fresh, local ingredients. We take pride in using all-natural ingredients.”
