This is the latest project from Infuse Hospitality Group, which has made a name for itself through Fairgrounds Coffee and Tea. The group is opening The Foyer in partnership with New York-based real estate company, Tishman Speyer, which recently secured major lease extensions with Katten and Chubb, according to City Biz. The Foyer will feature a bar and table service, outdoor patio seating, fresh-to-order breakfast and lunch, grab-and-go offerings, craft coffee and tea, and curated cocktails.
The West Monroe Street office building is in the final stages of a major repositioning program. There is no exact opening date for The Foyer yet, but the company recently released renderings of the concept, suggesting it is still in its early phases. Coffee & Tea Bar, LLC, the parent company of Fairgrounds Coffee, also recently applied for a liquor license for the site. Tishman Speyer is also marketing a 120,000-square-foot block of space, which will become available in early 2024. The 900,000-square-foot tower is now 83 percent leased to a roster of premier companies, including LinkedIn and Associated Bank.
“We are thrilled by the opportunity to extend our long-term relationship with both Katten and Chubb,” Tishman Speyer Managing Director Nooshin Felsenthal tells City Biz. “Their renewed commitments speak to the broader demand among leading companies to house their workforces in top-tier environments supported by world-class operators that possess the resources and proven ability to cultivate unique and dynamic tenant experiences.”
