HIDE+SEEK’s menu incorporates flavors from Spain, France, and Italy. The menu features a balance between both vegetable and protein forward small plates, and grand plates. Small plates include house-made spinach & ricotta gnudi, otherwise known as naked ravioli, and an American Wagyu short rib, served with a potato cloud and pickled watermelon. Grand plates include a 60-day dry aged ribeye and a pan roasted halibut with corn puree and herb butter. Following dinner, you can try desserts like the strawberry almond cake, an almond cake filled with a lemon custard, served with housemade strawberry gelato and a strawberry gelee.

The cocktail program has been designed with the cuisine in mind, and utilizes French, Italian, and American spirits, similar to those regions highlighted throughout the menu. Options include the Raspberry Beret, a nod to the classic Clover Club, and the City of Lights, a cocktail that brings a floral whiskey to the forefront. If you prefer to drink your dessert, enjoy a cocktail from the after dinner drinks menu, the Stay The Night, a spiced take on the espresso martini.

The space was designed by the team at Siren Betty, a local women-owned interior design firm. The space includes unique patterns, marble bars and artwork accompanied by floor to ceiling windows and comfortable seating. The patio seats 16 guests and has a mix of wood and brass furniture with black and white striped umbrellas.

HIDE+SEEK comes from a partnership between hospitality veterans Nick Karounos, Danny Vargas and John Poda.

HIDE+SEEK is open from Sunday-Friday: 4:00pm-2:00am and Saturday: 4:00pm-3:00am; dinner will be available Monday-Sunday: 4:00pm-12:00am.
