According to an article from Chicago Food Magazine, Hannah’s Bretzel plans to move its current LaSalle location to 222 W Merchandise Mart Plaza.

Hannah’s Bretzel’s website states that the move will be happening soon. According to a representative of Hannah’s, “Customers can enjoy the same freshly and in-house prepared food, organic and whole grain ingredients, and the signature house-made organic bretzel bread-based sandwiches that have made Hannah’s Bretzel a community favorite for nearly twenty years, be that for store customers or our large community of catering customers.”

“The Merchandise Mart location will offer the full Hannah’s Bretzel experience, including their renowned bretzel bread sandwiches, salads, and organic snacks, all crafted with a commitment to sustainability and high-quality, wholesome ingredients. The new space has been designed to reflect the brand’s modern aesthetic, providing a welcoming atmosphere for both loyal customers and new visitors.”

Hannah’s website adds “The first Hannah’s Bretzel opened in Chicago’s Loop back in 2005, inspired by founder Florian Pfahler’s hometown of Stuttgart, Germany. Our roots are German, our flavors are global, and our food is proudly made in Chicago!”
