Foxtrot, the corner store, café, and delivery market, is opening a new location in the heart of Wrigleyville at 3649 N. Clark St.
The new location is slated to open in late spring 2022, according to a press release. Foxtrot will join the Gallagher Way district outside of Wrigley Field. The 2,750 square foot space will be designed in partnership with Foxtrot’s in-house design team and Chicago-based architecture firm, Range Design & Architecture. The company, co-founded by Mike LaVitola with Brian Jaffee and Taylor Bloom in 2013, has 18 locations across Chicago, D.C., and Dallas and has new locations coming to Willis Tower and Tribune Tower, both slated to open this spring.
When the company opens these new locations, guests can expect its signature all-day café experience with culinary delights and a full coffee bar. On top of that, the cafe will offer a selection of everyday essentials, locally sourced goods, and grab-and-go offerings, available to enjoy in-store and to order through their App. Foxtrot will also boast a patio facing the Gallagher Way park for guests to enjoy a coffee, glass of wine, or quick meal outside. Given the proximity to Wrigley Field, Foxtrot plans to offer special menu items and programming unique to this location.
“Wrigleyville is home to so many of my favorite memories in the city, and the opportunity to open right outside of Wrigley Field is one we couldn’t be more excited to take on,” said LaVitola in a press release. “It’s one of the most iconic and historic spots in our city, and Gallagher Way has done a great job honoring these traditions while also creating a new gathering spot with great restaurants and events year-round. We’re excited to join this community and continue our growth throughout Chicago, and this location is also a fantastic opportunity to introduce Foxtrot to new customers who are visiting for a game or concert.”
