Fairgrounds Craft Coffee and Tea is powered by Infuse Hospitality, a food and beverage management company based in Chicago.

Expanding to the Chicago suburbs, the new World’s Fair by Fairgrounds is located at Bell Works Chicagoland, the former AT&T research facility, at 2000 AT&T Center Drive in Hoffman Estates, Ill., and will open on June 8. The concept will offer the same variety of coffee, teas and food Fairgrounds customers know, in addition to a cocktail menu that features coffee-and tea-infused libations.

“We’re more than excited to be a driving force in bringing back vibrant lifestyle centers like Bell Works Chicagoland, which is transforming the former AT&T space into a hub of innovation and community,” said Michael Schultz, Founder and Chairman of Infuse Hospitality in a statement. “Our newest location, World’s Fair by Fairgrounds, is right in the heart of Hoffman Estates! We hope our presence, along with the other businesses and amenities in this repurposed space, will bring even more to the community and the surrounding area.”

Fairgrounds Elm Grove, located at 13320 Watertown Plank Road to the west of Milwaukee, will open on June 2.

“We are ecstatic to expand the Fairgrounds experience in Milwaukee,” continued Schultz. “The city has already embraced the Fairgrounds family and our values of gathering and togetherness, so we can’t think of a better space than the tight-knit Elm Grove community to grow our footprint.”

Fairgrounds Coffee and Tea locations are a reflection of Infuse Hospitality’s dedication to diversity in its offerings, a belief in equal billing for coffee and tea and a commitment to fair business practices.

“We’re exploring other opportunities to expand, both within the Chicago area and beyond, to bring our innovative approach to craft coffee and community building to even more people. At Fairgrounds and Infuse Hospitality, we believe that great coffee is just the beginning of what we offer, and we’re excited to keep expanding our vision and impact,” added Schultz.
