Onesti Entertainment Corporation, helmed by Ron Onesti, will launch two new concepts inside Des Plaines Theatre by the end of this month. Des Pizza and Bourbon ‘N Brass Speakeasy will debut in the newly renovated music venue that celebrated its grand opening on October 31st.
Des Pizza is described as a “ wood fired pizza experience with a Rock ‘N Roll flare” and will be located on the theater’s first floor. A complementary establishment, Bourbon ‘N Brass Speakeasy will offer “an exquisite 1920s-style Speakeasy & Showroom” with an antique-laden ambiance. In addition to craft cocktails and a rare whiskey collection, the establishment will feature a cabaret stage.
Des Plaines Theatre plans to host over 200 live entertainment shows a year. The venue is located in downtown Des Plaines and is accessible by Chicago’s El transit via the blue line.
In addition to Des Plaines Theatre, Onesti Entertainment operates Arcada Theatre, Club Arcada Speakeasy and Restaurant, Rock ‘N Ravioli, Rock ‘N Za, and BarCada.
