Dining at Westfield Old Orchard recently expanded with the addition of CUPITOL The Restaurant, a new concept from the team behind Cupitol Coffee & Eatery. The Skokie location, located next to Maggiano’s in the center, marks the fourth Chicagoland location for the family-owned and operated company, which originated in Evanston and has expanded to Streeterville and West Loop.

Cupitol is known for its European-roasted coffee, fresh baked goods and daytime fare. This new concept offers daytime fare and also introduces an evening dining experience. Starting at 7 a.m., guests can choose from a selection of sweet or savory dishes, including bowls, sandwiches, soups and salads. Beverage options include coffee and espresso-based concoctions, cocktails, milkshakes, teas and juices. After 4 p.m., guests can embark on a culinary journey with a dinner menu that showcases a fusion of European and local flavors, made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Food offerings are complemented by a curated selection of fine wines and handcrafted cocktails. Each meal is a celebration of flavor, sophistication and comfort.

- Croissant Loaf French Toast: Made daily at the bakery at Cupitol West Loop
- Brunch Cocktail: Blueberry Thyme Mimosa

- Pistachio Pesto Linguini: Aegean pistachio pesto, grilled asparagus
- Prime New York Strip: 12 oz, Demi-glace, broccolini
- Night Cocktail: Metaxa 1885
The CUPITOL team is eager to service the North Shore community and provide a meeting point for those residing in the suburbs and city dwellers.

CUPITOL The Restaurant is open seven days a week. Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m., Friday and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
