A representative of Clover Lincoln Park was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Chicago’s request.

While an official opening date and what Clover Lincoln Park plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit, behind Clover are Dana Ronk and Alex Zupancic.

Dana and Alex are a part of the Last Call Tavern Group. The group is behind multiple restaurant concepts such as The Butcher’s Tap, The Reveler, Rebel & Rye, Clover Sports and Leisure, and more.

According to Last Call’s website, “Alex Zupancic formed LCTG in 2014 with the intention of creating establishments where every individual from every stroke of life feels welcome. “I have always enjoyed watching a sporting event at a tavern that has good food, and an energetic environment, and that’s what I want to provide to my customers.”

When it comes to Clover Sports, “Clover has been a staple in Chicago for over 10 years. It has been a local Irish tavern for everyone who is looking to make friends and enjoy an amazing environment. It’s always a party at Clover, so be ready to enjoy your time and make new friends by the end of the night!”

“Clover is everyone’s favorite neighborhood sports bar because we know what makes sports great, and we know how to provide customer service that surpasses expectations. Our theme is an old Irish bar, but that old-school feel doesn’t last long when you’re drinking an import and watching a game live on a flat screen. We’re the perfect place to bring friends, meet friends, and experience “last call” with, any night of the week.”
