The new restaurant will move into Wheeling’s premiere luxury living space, UPTOWN 500, according to a recent press release. Guests can expect an open kitchen concept with seating for approximately 200 people, private and semi-private dining, a spacious bar with ample seating, live entertainment, and a wine wall with storage for hundreds of rare vintages and wines for everyday drinking. There will also be additional seating on an outdoor patio.

“The location is the reason the CHC Restaurant Group decided to stand up a premiere steakhouse here in the suburbs, co-founder and managing partner Angelo Eliades said in a press release. “Wheeling and Uptown 500 can give our customers the same white tablecloth dining experience without the headache of getting to the city.”

This will be the restaurant group’s third Rosebud Steakhouse, with locations already in Magnificent Mile and Centennial Village. The restaurant can also be found in Chicago and Munster. Eliades and Managing Partner/Chief Culinary Officer Steve Coppolillo have yet to announce an opening date for the new Wheeling location. When it opens, residents and visitors will have a new upscale steakhouse that offers superior quality, dry and wet-aged cuts locally sourced locally in the Midwest by Linz Heritage Angus Beef.
