According to a recent job post, a new concept called Void will soon debut at 2937 N Milwaukee Avenue.

A representative of Void was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Chicago’s request.

While overall information is currently limited on Void, according to the job posting, “Hi, we are void at 2937 N Milwaukee Ave., a small independent restaurant by experienced industry people.”

According to Chicago’s business search, Patrick Ray and Tyler Hudec are listed to be behind Void. On Void’s website, the planned days of operation listed are Tuesday through Saturday, with dinner hours from 5 PM to 10 PM and bar hours from 5 PM to 12 AM.

For the property itself, according to Loop Net, Void’s address listed on the permit was once home to Moe’s Tavern. The property was built in 1908 and renovated in 2006.

The space is labeled as a “sports and entertainment” property with two stories and boasts 5,544 square feet. According to Yelp, the bar is permanently closed for Moe’s Tavern and was updated this month.
